This policy explains how you may use podcasts and media generated with PodGenius AI commercially.

1. Your content

You must own or have a license to the content you submit for conversion into a podcast.

On eligible plans, you receive a commercial license to publish, distribute, and monetize the audio and video you generate.

System voices are licensed for use within PodGenius AI. Review provider terms before commercial distribution at scale.

No attribution to PodGenius AI is required on paid plans. The Free plan may include a brief watermark.
