These Terms govern your use of PodGenius AI. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account, workspace members, and the content you generate.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and to respect our Acceptable Use and Voice Cloning policies.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits apply per plan and are metered monthly.
4. Ownership of output
Subject to your plan and applicable Commercial Rights, you own the podcasts you generate from content you are entitled to use.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can cancel at any time.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing.
